What's Right and What's Wrong with our laws

So we again have a sad case where an innocent person is hurt by someone, so this is what I think about what's been said and has happened

Firstly all laws should apply to all people young or old ,I do understand that juveniles need there own jail, but both prison systems need rehabilitation programmes within these systems,

Secondly if this child that allegedlystabbed that poor women was violent before he did this and hurt someone else why were the authority's contacted by the manager of the Residential home he was in

I still can't comprehend how a 13yo is there by himself to start with and they need to look at this so this stopped happening

I hate that I want justice in a 13yo for this but as a society we need to , I would still like to believe that 13yo still play on swings and trucks so why why is this getting to where we are

Violence is becoming a norm in our society and that is wrong but who is to blame i think taking parents control of kids away, is to have some blame as those that beat and abused there kids have not stopped as they have no respect for the law so it left the majority of parents who were bringing up there kids propally with no control and out of control kids

I think our judges are scared to mske hard line in fear of backlash

I think the law should look into offenders family see if there is neglect there and share the blame

Any way few of my concerns feel free to share yours

As a mature age resident it makes me sad that the system is soo broken. As a woman I don’t feel safe anymore. That worker was doing her job. That teenager was already in trouble and in need of specialised psych care which wasn’t in place. He almost killed an innocent woman because he wasn’t in custody getting psych care.
